Consequences of cancellation

Consequences of cancellation
In the event of cancellation, all payments received will be refunded, including the cost of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) within a period of fourteen days from the date we received the notice of termination of this contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressed different instructions; we will not charge you any fees for this refund in any case. We may refuse to refund the payment until you have returned the goods to us or provided us with proof that you have shipped the goods back to us, depending on which event occurs first.

There is no right of withdrawal for the following contracts:

- Contracts for the delivery of perishable or short-dated products,
- Contracts for the delivery of sealed products that for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and in which the seal has been removed after delivery,
- Contracts for the delivery of goods that by their nature have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery,
- Contracts for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the completion of the contract and for which the actual value depends on market fluctuations over which the company has no influence.
